Is an in-person walkthrough required?
An in-person walkthrough is our standard and strongly preferred process for commercial spaces because it allows us to see what is involved and confirm the scope before cleaning. It is not literally always required. If a walkthrough cannot be arranged beforehand, we may use photos or video, make another arrangement, or confirm the final quote after seeing the space upon arrival.
